Leader-What Type Are You?

There are a lot of people who see themselves as a leader, but the question is what type of leader are you? After studying Mike Dillards’s Magnetic Sponsoring I soon realized what type of leader I was and I could tell what type if any leader other people were.

So the question is what type of leader are you? Are you a Beta, Pre-Alpha, or Alpha leader. You may be asking what in the heck does that mean. Well a Beta is not actually a leader they are considered followers, they are unsure of themselves, they always worry about what other people are thinking, they don’t know how to take charge.

Coming in at a close second to both a Beta and and Alpha depending on where you are is a Pre-Alpha. They are they type of leader that has vision and courage. They are not afraid to take on a challenge and at least try to step out and lead. They may have slight hesitation and may still worry but again they will take a chance.

The leader that we all should strive to be if we want to be a success in life but especially in business an Alpha Leader.

An Alpha Leader is strong; people are naturally attracted to them, they exude confidence, they are focused, everyone wants to be them and be around them. They offer value to others, they also do what others are not willing to do. They are no nonsense people, straight and to the point.

So I will ask the question again, which type of leader are you? You have to have all of them around, someone has to be a follower and someone has to be a leader. In order to be a great leader you must first be a great follower. But you must move yourself quickly from the Beta to the Alpha as fast as you can.

Just from the brief description of the three types you may be able to see which one you are. You may have already went from Beta to Pre-Alpha and that is great but push toward that Alpha leader. If you want to become great in business you must become that Alpha leader.

Mike Dillard also made it clear that in order to become an Alpha Leader the best thing to do is to find one and start emulating them. Never come from a standpoint of being needy. You do not need anyone to join your business opportunity. Always come from a strength of power and know that what you are offering them is of value to them and if they don’t see it move on, there are other people out there who will.

This realization of the type of leaders that emerge each day has opened up my eyes and has given me the power to be an Alpha leader? I know that if you put forth the effort you have it in you to become one too.

If You Want To Position Yourself As A Leader, You Must Understand This!

If you want to position yourself as an MLM expert, you must understand that “people do not join your business they join YOU” So many people run around trying desperately to get people to join their business opportunity just because they ask you to. Now that may work with your family and friends but it will NOT work with people that you do not know, hence your cold market. So the only way the people who do not know you will look at you as an expert is to first you must decide what type of expert you want to become. It’s your business, so decide what you want people to know that you have expertise in.
Once you get a marketing plan together, study it, learn from others who have mastered that technique. It is critical that you take some time to learn these skills. Only then will you be able to help others to solve their problems, showing them new tips and techniques to help build their MLM business successfully. Then gradually you will become that leader, that expert that people are looking for.
You must be fully engaged in your skills and realize that you truly can prosper where you are planted. The more you know the more you grow and your information will be more valuable to others. you ARE now the expert.
If you understand that during this process you will start to develop friendships , people who depend on you to give them great advice, people who will follow you as a leader and tell others about you. You must teach others the same things that you know so that they will also in turn develop into leaders and experts. It’s all about sharing knowledge. That is the key to positioning yourself as a leader!

The One Thing That Cripple MLM’ers In Their Business

What is the one thing that cripples new MLM’ers with their business? It is calling their leads. They want more leads and some people actually go out and purchase leads to call. But do you know how many people actually go purchase leads but never call them? The numbers are staggering. We all know that once we run out of our warm market the next step most people have been taught by their upline is to buy leads, but how many people are comfortable calling strangers, how many people get good at calling people they don’t know. The phones starts to weigh a ton, procrastination starts to develop. Most people get ready to get ready. Meaning they start to answer e-mails, clean their desk off, answer calls that have nothing to do with business all because they are afraid to call back their cold leads. This does not make any money and the experience starts to become unpleasant, you may start to sweat, become fearful of rejection and you just don’t do it. So what happens over time is that your confidence may go down or you just weren’t a good phone person to begin with.
There are so many people who waste time, money and energy on buying leads that they just don’t call back and if they do the second they get a “NO” they quit. How can you effectively build a relationship with people if you are afraid to pick up the phone and call them?
I was just like many of you, who went through my warm market, stopped strangers on the street; you know that 3-foot rule! Yeah, that one! Is There A Business Opportunity For Moms And A Family Life?

Is there a business opportunity for Moms, and time for the Family? It can be difficult unless you know how to manage your time. I did not know how!

There are a lot of us moms that just can’t seem to juggle their business and their family. Either there is not enough time for the business or not enough time for the family. I am sure you can relate.

Your day starts early, 6am in most cases you have to get you kids up for school, get breakfast ready, small kids you have to get dressed, older kids you have to make sure they have all of their books, homework, WHEW!!!
